By creating an account or using Ledger Digest (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Service is owned and operated by Miguel de Rafael. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Ledger Digest is an information aggregation and summarization tool. We provide curated summaries of global news and market events based on user-selected portfolios.

The Service is for informational purposes only.

Ledger Digest does not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or hold user funds.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

  • 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a 7-day trial period to new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. After 7 days, access to premium features will expire unless a paid subscription is selected.
  • Subscription Plans:
    Monthly: $7.50 / €7.50 per month.
    Annual: $60.00 / €60.00 per year.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Ledger Digest does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle (monthly or annual), you will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

6. Privacy Policy (Data Collection)

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process data as follows:

  • Email Address: Collected to deliver the summaries and manage your account.
  • Portfolio Preferences: We store the list of companies you follow to customize your reports.
  • Usage Data: We may track interactions with our emails to improve our summarization algorithms.
  • Third Parties: We share your email and payment info with Stripe solely for billing purposes. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledger Digest and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee that the news summaries will be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free, as they are based on external news sources.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Murcia, España.
